What you will Learn

In this session, you learn about:

• why some businesses succeed and
• why some fail,
• the most profitable form for your business, and
• the fundamentals of business structure, organization, marketing, cash flow and funding sources.

At the end of the session you should be able to make a decision to proceed with your business idea or to defer it or to seek counseling from a SCORE Counselor.

If you choose to proceed, we recommend that you continue with the remaining four sessions.

This workshop is a prerequisite for registering for the Simple Steps for Starting your Business – a four part workshop series.
