What you will Learn
In this session, you learn about:
Why some businesses succeed and why some fail, the most profitable form for your business, and the fundamentals of business structure, organization, marketing, cash flow and funding sources. At the end of the session you should be able to make a decision to proceed with your business idea or to defer it or to seek counseling from a SCORE Counselor.
If you choose to proceed, we recommend that you continue with the remaining four sessions.
This workshop is a prerequisite for registering for the Simple Steps for Starting your Business – a four part workshop series.
