On Saturday, December 4, 2021, from 10AM to 1PM, sign-up for children’s gifts at 4625 44th St., Room 104, Sacramento 95820. The age limit to receive gifts is 2 years old to 10 years old. This event flyer contains details and instructions SKM_658e21111614210. Masks are required. Do Not bring children with you to the sign-up event on Saturday, 12/04/21. Please Bring 1) Birth Certificate or Green Card or Report Card for each child, and 2) CalWorks Aid Verification Summary Card and Photo Id/Drivers License of the head of household and the person applying.
