SacWorks Hillsdale AJCC is presenting a class in Stress Management on Thursday, February 2, 2023, from Noon-1PM at their Job Center (5655 Hillsdale Blvd., Suite #8, Sacramento 95842). Gain helpful strategies for managing stress, and explore different self-care and mindfulness techniques that reduce overall stress. Become uplifted and learn to navigate times of high anxiety and stress.
