You’re invited to apply for the Old Navy – This Way ONward Program!

To register, please fill out and submit the form below.

  • Work at one of the Old Navy stores located in Sacramento County.
  • Earn up to $16.00 an hour and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Under the Age of 18 – Must be able to get a work permit.
  • No experience is necessary.
  • Participate In-Store Meet and Greet with Managers.
  • Complete Mandatory Training.

Mandatory Work Skills Training

THis Way ONward  4 Hour Training SESSION : ( Able to attend an in-person Saturday Session  from 8am to 12:30pm )

  1. Engage with our Store Managers
  2. Learn about Retail Customer Service
  3. Train on Conflict Management
  4. Develop Interview Techniques
  5. Attend to Schedule your Virtual Interview with the Old Navy Store Selected

*Deadline for Fall Applications is October 9th, 2024 by 10am.*

All applicants will be contacted in late Summer or early Fall to participate. 

**Please note the next program cohort will not take place until Spring of 2025.**
