Improve Your Tomorrow (IYT) is seeking to fill two positions available through their Mentor Fellowship Program which allows candidates to be AmeriCorps members at their school site providing mentorship to young men of color. IYT is a non-profit organization that has a mission to increase the number of young men of color to attend and graduate from college and universities.
