Transit Ambassador – SacRT is Hiring (apply before 11;59pm on 02/24/21) for a full level position that works independently on Light Rail trains and/or at Light Rail stations. The position provides continuous and consistent customer service to all passengers aboard light rail vehicles, at light rail stations, and within light rail parking lots, or other SacRT facilities 1) resolving fare issues, 2) addressing customer inquiries, 3) understanding the system routes, and 4) handling any concerns/complaints, all the while maintaining a courteous and friendly attitude.
