ACC Senior Services In-Person Career Fair
ACC Senior Services (ACC) is a not-for-profit organization that provides an array of wellness/well being accommodations to elder persons, including Transportation for Seniors, Meals on Wheels, Caregiver Support Services, and Senior Job Training Programs. On Thursday, July 28, 2022 from 11AM to 3PM, ACC and the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) will host an in-person Job Fair at 7334 Park City Dr., Sacramento 95831 (916.394.6399). Admission is FREE! Many career options and paths will be presented at this event. Please read this flyer for further details and to RSVP, SCSEP Flyer. The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) is a community service, and work-based, job training program for older Americans authorized by the Older Americans Act. This federal Dept. of Labor program provides training for low-income, unemployed seniors. Participants also have access to employment assistance through American Job Centers (Sacramento Works AJCCs).

Sacramento Works Folsom Cordova AJCC presents a FREE virtual Job Readiness Workshop Series (Moms Back to Work) which is open to Rancho Cordova residents who are enrolled in the Rancho Cordova Workforce Recovery Program. These four Zoom workshops will occur on Thursdays in July 2022. Participants can receive $15 per completed workshop, plus $25 if all four workshops are completed.
