Folsom Cordova Community Partnership (FCCP) is open to the public on Mon., Tue. and Wed. from 9:00am to 3:00pm offering such services as job center orientation, refugee/asylee employment assistance services, typing and data entry speed/accuracy test certificate, resume building, interviewing skills, CalJOBS registration, online job search, short-term training certificates, professional skill building workshops, and community resources information.   These same services are offered virtually on M/T/W from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, and virtually on Thu. and Fri., from 8:30am to 5:00pm.  Folsom Cordova AJCC  is located at 10826 Gadsten Way, Bldg. Sac Works for Youth – Skills Training

Sacramento Works and Elk Grove Adult Continuing Education (EGACE) are offering employability skills training and paid work experience to out-of-school youth ages 18-24.  Applicants must have an I.D. and Social Security card, and reside in Sacramento County.  Sacramento Works for Youth also offers supportive services and ongoing job-search support.  Please read this flyer out of school youth orientation november 2021- final, and then call (916) 793-2319 to schedule an appointment with a Youth Job Developer.

CAJ Training for Manufacturing Careers

Charles A. Jones Career & Education Center (CAJ) is hosting a weekly Virtual orientation on Wednesdays, at 9:15am, during the month of January 2022 to describe a 5-week, 90-hour, intensive training in the manufacturing industry.  Choose between a selection of courses and start your career in manufacturing.  Successful program graduates will have earned an OSHA ID card, Forklift card, Charles A.
