San Juan Unified School District Is Hiring!
San Juan Unified School District (SJUSD, San Juan) has open positions for the 2022-23 school year! The district will be hosting three hiring events in July for entry-level positions for both part-time and full-time positions. The hiring events will take place from from 1-3 PM on the following dates and locations:
- Tuesday, July 12 at Del Paso Manor Elementary School
- Tuesday, July 19 at Dyer Kelly Elementary School
- Tuesday, July 26 at Arden Middle School
Those interested in the positions can apply online or attend one of the hiring events to apply and interview on the same day. San Juan Unified is also looking at hiring a number of instructional assistants. Those interested will need to take an exam prior to employment. Course – Inmates to Entrepreneurs
YoloWorks!, Yolo County Health & Human Services Agency, and Inmates to Entrepreneurs are launching the 8-week 12E July National Course on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, from 3:00-4:30PM local CA time via Zoom. This course helps people with criminal backgrounds start low-capital businesses. Online Registration is open now, and this virtual course is free. This course supports those with criminal histories who have started, or are interested in starting, their own small business. ACC Senior Services In-Person Career Fair
ACC Senior Services (ACC) is a not-for-profit organization that provides an array of wellness/well being accommodations to elder persons, including Transportation for Seniors, Meals on Wheels, Caregiver Support Services, and Senior Job Training Programs. On Thursday, July 28, 2022 from 11AM to 3PM, ACC and the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) will host an in-person Job Fair at 7334 Park City Dr., Sacramento 95831 (916.394.6399). The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) is a community service, and work-based, job training program for older Americans authorized by the Older Americans Act.
