After 44 years in operation, SETA/Sacramento Works has built partners throughout the community. One of our partners, PrideStaff, is an independently owned and operated company that’s been connecting job seekers with employers all over the country for decades. We regularly partner with them to host recruiting events for employers.
PrideStaff has offices across the country, including two in Sacramento. Their Sacramento division is strongly focused on placing candidates with companies on a ‘temp-to-hire’ basis – an approach that understandably appeals to employer and employee alike.
This approach creates employment opportunities in a wide variety of roles, including shipping, administrative, clerical, and financial roles at every level from A/P and A/R all the way up to CFO.
Thanks to the partnership between PrideStaff and SETA/Sacramento Works, we are able to connect employers with more potential employees. Over the years our two agencies have planned and co-hosted multiple recruiting events. By joining forces, we can cross-promote to a wider audience.
