BUILD Training Program

The BUILD Training Program is recruiting – The local Workforce Agreements require that contractors hire workers locally to work on projects in the area.  That means jobs; and, if you don’t already have the skills in the construction industry, Sacramento Works will get you ready to hire.  Must be 18 years of age or older, have a high school diploma/GED and be able to pass a drug test.  Apply at sacramentoworks.org/build (read flyer 210604_build-8-5x11_PRINT )

Folsom Cordova AJCC Covid-19 Assistance (Flyers in English/Spanish)

FREE Adult Education Classes

Folsom Cordova Adult School offers fee-free courses in English as a Second Language (ESL), Basic Computer classes, and Preparation and Testing for the high school equivalency certificate (GED).  Also, low-cost training and certification programs, and computer software classes, are offered.  Here is the Adult Ed Flyer with more details and contact information.
